1. What are the features available for free users?
Basically if you are a free user, you may use the scanner to scan for emails in the list you have specified. But the scanner will only scan 10 items and the import data button will not be available for free users.
2. What can I get if I upgrade my account to premium?
Once you have upgraded your account to premium, you may now be to scan for more than 10 items without the program stopping. Now, you can import the data retrieve into a CSV file (can be open with Excel).
3. If the software is updated do I get them for free?
Of course, the email extractor software updates will always be free.
4. Do you provide personal guidance to use the software?
Yes, just sent as a message using the “Contact Us” link. We can provide TeamViewer remote to help you use the software or by chat.
5. How much does the software cost?
The Email Extractor costs $9 only.
6. What are the payment methods available?
We only accept Paypal payments at the moment.
7. What is the difference between each type of scans?
The Deep URL scan will scan through the website’s pages and sub domains to find the email. It will proceed to the next URL once the email is found or the timer has reached its limit. The front page scan on the other hand does not scan through the websites pages or sub domains, it will only scan the specified link for the email. Lastly, the File Scanner will scan any files (not encrypted) for emails.
8. Why cant I see all the results of the list?
On the upper right corner of the data table in the software, you will find a drop down list (this is the paging of the data table). You can change the drop down list to change the pages of the data table.
9. What is the timer in Deep URL scan for?
It helps the scanner not to get stuck in a specific website/url. You don’t want to waste time on a single website with millions of links/sub domains.
10. How do I save the data?
You need to click the “stop/pause” button to enable the Import Data button. After which you can click the resume button to resume the scanning. You can also allow the program to finishing scanning all the URL in the list and the Import Data button will be available afterwards.
